1. Company Identification

2. Scope and Acceptance
By accessing or using this website, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with any part of these terms, they must refrain from using the website.
These Terms govern the use of the website only and do not replace, amend, or override any individual service agreement executed between El Altillo and its clients.
3. Nature of Services
El Altillo provides professional creative services, including but not limited to:
- Branding and visual identity
- Web design and web development
- Editorial design
- Illustration and packaging
- Graphic design and art direction
- Communication and brand strategy
- Monthly creative and graphic implementation fees
All services are custom-made, digital, and tailored to the specific needs of each client.
4. Contractual Priority
Any service provided by El Altillo shall be governed primarily by a separate written agreement entered into between El Altillo and the client.
In case of any inconsistency, the provisions of the signed agreement shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions.
5. Payments and Billing
Payments may be structured as:
- One-time project-based payments
- Periodic or monthly recurring fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Alternative payment schedules may be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, Wise, or bank transfers. El Altillo does not store or process payment information directly.
6. Intellectual Property
All creative work produced by El Altillo is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Economic (patrimonial) rights are assigned to the client only upon full payment of all agreed fees.
Moral rights remain vested in El Altillo at all times.
El Altillo retains the right to display the work in its portfolio, website, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Access to Platforms
Clients may be granted access to platforms such as WordPress, Monday, or other third-party tools solely for project execution or content management.
Such access does not imply the transfer of licenses, ownership, or proprietary rights over said platforms.
8. No Guarantees
El Altillo does not guarantee commercial, financial, or performance results, including but not limited to sales, traffic, conversions, or audience growth.
All services are provided on a best-efforts basis in accordance with professional creative standards.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, El Altillo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or its services.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the website shall be resolved through international arbitration, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
11. Modifications
El Altillo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
