Kiwi is a robot home delivery company on the campus of Berkeley University in California, a company that since its beginnings has made more than 30,000 deliveries and has built more than 150 robots to provide the best delivery service to its community.

We worked with their team to adjust their logo and design the graphic and visual system that they implemented in their communication with customers and restaurants in the area. Before graphically intervening the brand, we focused on building a brand concept highlighting the robots as characters endowed with different personalities that could be understood as important members of the university community. Once the characters were defined, we gave them a graphic representation that was dynamic and easy to recognize in order to communicate in an empathetic way the service that Kiwi provides.
